Motorola has been late in the megapixel wars so let us hope the MotoZine camera phone can compete with Noki and Samsung. The MotoZine was announced late last year but we knew it then as the Z12. Now we know Motorola uses a Kodak camera (up to 1920×2560 pixels) on this one but what we did not know is that this lens has a 3x optical zoom. The Zine has something called a Morph keypad. What it is we do not know yet. No 3G, I’m afraid, on this phone, strictly 2.5G and GPRS. Now this phone runs on Montavista Linux 2.6.1 OS, which will definitely be an improvement on Moto’s proprietary OS.
